PLEASE! Would appreciate so much

Please, please, if you have viewed my blog, can someone give feedback/ suggestions? My page can be translated into almost every language, so I will be able to read your comment no matter what language it is in! Also I have tried to include (I don't know if it worked) a follow button so you will be alerted when I add a post. Any feedback at all, positive or negative would be really appreciated so much so please, please comment.
